Appreciative Way Networktm
The Clergy Leadership Institute started the
Appreciative Way Networktm with three primary goals:
- To provide a network of trained coaches to be resources to clergy, congregations and those who seek to offer their talents in a manner that is congruent with their spiritual values in settings outside of the Church.
- To provide shared resources for coaches who are more interested in coaching than they are in creating brochures, websites, and other marketing resources.
- To provide a virtual community for like minded coaches, from around the world, who find it beneficial to offer and receive support and encouragement as they pursue excellence in the coaching services they provide.

Benefits of Joining
the Network
One of the biggest challenges of becoming a coach is not developing the skills of a coach but developing the marketing resources that are essential to developing a coaching practice.
Having trained hundreds of coaches I have watched too many novice coaches waste time and energy on developing marketing resources rather than doing the work they love.
The Network offers collaborative, community resources so that coaches can get coaching and not have to "reinvent the wheel"
