Rob has been ordained as an Episcopal priest for over 25 years and has served as an intentional interim in small University Chapels, rural congregations, mid-sized suburban parishes and multi-staffed large Cathedral churches. He has also worked as a church consultant in strategic visioning processes, conflict mediation and in congregational and diocesan clergy search processes. In addition to his years of church experience Rob is internationally recognized as a leader in the use of appreciative inquiry in church settings. Our Clergy Clients We have provided coaching to newly ordained clergy all the way through to experienced clergy and Bishops. They have also come from a wide variety of denominations and backgrounds.
