Rob Voyle is a New Zealand born and trained Episcopal Priest with over twenty years of experience in the ordained ministry. He has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary in addition to degrees in Theology, Counseling and Mechanical Engineering. His employment history includes extensive work as an executive coach, interim pastor, interposed with research and development engineering, behavioral medicine, clinical psychology, and organizational consulting. His parish ministry was primarily oriented toward helping congregations in times of transition. As a coach, Rob is very interested in coaching coaches to coach, and is very involved in the training and development of both clergy and business coaches. Rob is also committed to coaching clergy in the area of leadership development and focuses on both the "doing" and "being" of the leader. Rob's personal mission is to be "helpful, humorous, and healing," which is manifested in a passion for coaching people to be their authentic best. Kim Voyle has over twenty years of experience in personnel management. She has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Leadership and has her Ph.D. in Career Psychology. Her dissertation was entitled The Path of Vocation: Women's Career Transitions in Middle Adulthood. It examined the motivation and processes by which women chose to change from a secular occupation and become ordained Episcopal clergy. Kim has developed hiring procedures and employment tests, including managerial assessment centers, analyzed a wide variety of jobs, and consulted to line managers on personnel issues. For the last several years, she has conducted training in job search processes, team building, career development, and preparing for the future work place. Kim is a national certified career counselor and provides career coaching and personnel consulting services. Kim's research interests are career change, career transition, adult development, self-efficacy, self-actualization, and women's issues.
