This teleconference is a mandatory part of the Certificate in Appreciative Interim Ministry Research on learning shows that people begin losing their knowledge following an intensive training as soon as the training ends unless it is reinforced and put into practice. The teleconference has proven to be an ideal way of protecting your training investment by reinforcing the learning and deepening your knowledge base as you implement your new skill set in real life situations. The teleconference consultation group is structured in the following manner: Each Consultation group is restricted to a maximum of 6 people with two facilitators. Participants will also lead discussions on pertinent topics. Each conference call lasts for 1 hour. The consultation group consists of 50 weekly sessions.
