Appreciative Coach Teleconference Consultation GroupClergy who have completed the Introduction to Appreciative Coaching course are invited to join a teleconference as a way to maintain and deepen their knowledge and competency as a coach. This teleconference is a mandatory part of the certificate in Clergy Coaching Research on learning shows that people begin losing their knowledge following an intensive training as soon as the training ends unless it is reinforced and put into practice. The teleconference has proven to be an ideal way of protecting your training investment by reinforcing the learning and deepening your knowledge base as you implement your new skill set in real life situations. The teleconference consultation group is structured in the following manner:
