Teleconferences for Just-In-Time Consultation

Research on learning shows that people begin losing their knowledge following an intensive training as soon as the training ends unless it is reinforced and put into practice. The teleconference has proven to be an ideal way of protecting your training investment by reinforcing the learning and deepening your knowledge base as you implement your new skill set in real life situations.

Many times when we are in a training program we don't know what we need to know until after the training and we are beginning to implement the new strategies in our home context. Follow-up teleconferences are an ideal way to get the "just-in-time" collaborative support and learning as you need it.

Teleconference Costs

For 6 months (25 sessions) of Just-in-Time consultation cost is $500.

Clergy seeking a certificate in Appreciative Interim Ministry or Clergy Coaching can sign up for 50 sessions at a cost of $1000. This is a weekly teleconference program.
The cost will be billed in two $500 installments. One at the time of registration and one six months later.

Participants are responsible for their own telephone charges.
